自行車內變速器具有體積小,換檔動作穩定與不易受外界環境影響等優點,故成為世界上各車廠開發之重點。我國在內變速器的相關理論極為缺乏,本研究之目的乃發展自行車內變速器的設計理論。本研究首先擬針對現有的七至九速內變速器進行功能分析,以歸納多速內變速器的性能需求,做為內變速器設計之依據,並提出一系統化的設計程序,接著建立內變速器的行星齒輪目錄並進行多速內變速器的運動設計;其次針對調速機構進行設計,並提出調速機構之設計理論;然後以內變速器之傳動性能與操控性能進行內變速器之性能分析與優選,最後將可行之內變速器構想繪製成參考圖冊。
The purpose of this project is to develop the design theory of multi-speed bicycle drive hubs. First, Characteristic of Multi-speed hub will be concluded by function analysis. Next, a systematic procedure will be presented for the design of bicycle drive hubs. Then, the kinetmatic design of multi-speed drive hubs will be proposed to the development of a complete atlas of multi-speed drive hubs. Finally, the basic theory for transmission and operating performance analysis of multi-speed drive hubs will be developed to determine the optimum mechanism. The result of this project will be of benefit to the development and design of multi-speed bicycle drive hubs.
