Oil market liberalization is the government policy , it must have a huge attack to the petroleum industry from the monopoly to deregulation to liberalization . Because of these effects , the impacts on industrialoutput , energy use and environment quality accordingly after oil marketliberalization must be evaluated. As concept of global village is formed , people transfer their attention focus from the local to national environmental problem . Many countries through the international consolation and cooperation to protect our environment . And so FCCC is maked in these countries preventing climate changes and controllinggreenhouse gaseous emissions. On the reduction of volume of CO2 emission, the future development of petroleum industry and the government regulation must be analyzed. This study will take the economic-energy-environment integrated point of view tocombine Fuzzy Multiple Objective Decision method (FMODM) and Input-Output Analysis ,in order to constract a multiple objective decision model that is focused on the different goals and policy tools design (ex. energy tax). Finally , the efficiency onreduction of volume of CO2 emission are assessed. Through the whole analysis , the goal of this research is to develop an analytical policy tool on petroleum supply-demand , energy structure and the industry output withthe consideration of oil market liberalization and the reduction of volume of CO2.
