這篇專題分成四個章節。在書寫的過程中以梳理自己的作品中的內容與脈絡，在第一章的部分提及的是我在自然中感受的經驗，有其對環境的感受，對環境的看法及觀點，以及這些對自然環境的經驗內化於作品中。接著在二、三章綜論作品中的元素，在對照藝術史料脈絡下，提出自己對作品思考的方向。第二章中包含織物和自然元素的取用，例如：植物生長的特性及其存在的方式，泥土、陽光之於我的經驗，這些材料是如何對應我的心理狀態而被建構在我的作品中。另外，空間的選取也是作品中一個重要的元素，在第三章中端述對家的想像與內容如何影響我將自然的材料安置在各異的空間中。以不同的建構方式投遞在作品中，漸漸尋出心理狀態的風景。藉著實作以及文字的書寫進一步釐清自身與其創作的意涵關連，最後總結於在創作中所產生出一種心靈療癒及自發的修復功能。

This article is divided into four chapters. Through the process of writing, I tidied up the contents of my work and its flow of thought. The first chapter mentions my experiences and perceptions of the nature, including the feeling and viewpoints of the environment and how I internalised these experiences into my work. Then the elements of my work are discussed in chapters two and three, where I propose some ways of thinking toward my work, based on the literature of art. Chapter two covers the use of fabric and other natural elements, for example, the characteristics of the growth of plant and the way it exists, my personal experiences of soil and sunlight, and how these materials correspond with my psychological states and are constructed in my work. Moreover, the selection of space is another important element in my work. Chapter three describes how the imagination and the content of home have affected my placement of natural materials into different spaces. The psychological scenery was gradually found through various constructivistic methods being applied in the work. The meaning of and the correlation between myself and my work is further clarified by the hand–on work and the writing. This thesis is finally concluded at the spiritual remedy and the spontaneous recovery that are produced from the creativity of work.
