 本論文內容將多種感測元件及數個單晶片整合成為智慧系統,分別運作於工具機及電動自行車,進而研發「工具機台消防與警示裝置」及「二輪載具保全監控模組」。
「工具機台消防與警示裝置」由滅火器之手壓柄加裝電磁控制伸縮桿,結合溫度偵測、警示、滅火及智慧判斷與控制整合等技術研發,用於工具機等工作機台,具有事前防範火警等功能,遂行自我保護與警示以增進消防安全之目的。工具機工作機台因運作易產生高溫,若缺乏降溫運作(如使用切削油降溫),便易於火災產生。因此,本研發便針對此項缺失,預先警示防範並自動滅火,維持其穩定安全的生產工作環境。為考量簡化操作,另製作「簡易型機台滅火器」,以利安裝、操控與推廣。
「二輪載具保全監控模組」則在原有的電動自行車行車控制系統下安裝通訊系統、保全監控系統、維生系統等,透過各系統之整合運作,俾使傳統的電動自行車進化成智慧型電動自行車,提升使其原有功能,並增加手機運用程式(APP)、系統開鎖及狀態監視,讓使用者隨時掌握電動自行車的最新訊息,使生活更為便利。

Materials of this study present smart system designs, which integrate of sensors and microprocessors. For considerations of computer numerical controllers and electric bicycles, an intelligent fire extinguisher of machine tool and a self-preservation monitoring system of bicycle have been designed and implemented.
An intelligent fire extinguisher of machine tool is composed of installing electromagnetic control telescopic rod on the handle of the fire extinguisher, and combined with temperature detections, warning, extinguishing, intelligent judgments and smart controller. In such a way, precaution of fire extinguishing and intelligent warning enhance machine tool operation safety. It is easy to produce high temperature in machine tool working operation and then get fire disaster without a proper way to reduce high temperature, such as using metal cutting oil lowers machine tool working temperature. As a result, this development focuses on pre-warning and automatically fire safety detection, and maintains its stable and safe production environment. For simplicity, a simple fire extinguisher is also designed to facilitate the operation, control and promotion.
A self-preservation monitoring system is designed, which installs a communication system, security monitoring system, maintenance system on an original electrical bicycle. So that users can use a mobile phone program application (APP) to keep tracking of the latest information of electric bicycles, such as its location, opening and closing lock, power and battery energy. Therefore it increases features of an electrical bicycle and life becomes more convenient.
