由於教育的普及、自由開放的社會風氣女性創業逐漸蔚為風潮,越來越多有能力的優秀女性擔任企業體負責人。這些女性願意承擔風險,追求企業最大利潤或自我個成就。然而,女性創業過程中,是否如普遍觀念中,因性別、年紀而面臨資金匱乏問題呢?為因應此需求,除了民間銀行機構可尋求貸款以外,政府部門也積極宣導並推廣如飛雁專案或微型創業之鳳凰計畫,希望能在草創初期時協助這些女性創業家。而實際申請這些補助款的女性創業者是否面臨其他困難?
本文將挑選三個女性創業家,分析三者的創業特質、創業動機、經營型態與無形資產網絡來比較不同年齡層、產業、學歷、成長環境的女性在創業上所面臨的困境與解決的方法。
研究結果發現,女性創業家在創業特質、創業動機、經營型態與無形資產網絡上述幾個類別上會相互影響,如創業動機影響經營型態、人格特質與無形資產與網絡相互影響、人和特質影響經營型態等。未來研究建議可比較女性創業者在不同年齡層之比較、經營之媒體媒介、產業別選擇上進行研究,彌補目前文獻上之缺口。


Due to education and the freedom of the society, more women start up their own business, those who have capability to be the enterprise and choose to take the risk and earn their greater wealth. Moreover, they tend to emphasize their success on self-achievements. But, compare with the mainstream man enterprise, does women face the gender, age, and money shortage? As we all know that our government has already provide the found for those who start their own business, but does those who require the compensation will try to apply in reality?
The following assay has chosen three different women enterprise, analyzing their personal characteristic, business motivation, business model, intangible assets, network as well as the comparison of their age, industries, education and the background and to realize their dilemma and resolution.
The result found that those elements like the personal characteristic, motivation, business model and their network will effect each other. Such as the motivation will influence their business management, the interaction between the characteristics and intangible assets/ network, characteristic involve with the business model are shown from the above sampling. For future analyze, the comparison between the elements like different ages, industries, promoting media are still less which will be recommended.
