為改善人類長期對自然環境的破壞行為及維護未來居住環境的品質,近年綠色議題在國際間成為熱門的討論主題;而當中推行成效最為彰顯且普及的綠色運動,就是資源回收。在資源回收所包含的類別中,紙類回收占了相當大的比重,回收的績效更直接影響到同樣被重視的林木保育問題,毫無疑問是綠色運動中很重要的一環。本研究利用多準則決策法中的網路層級分析法,就紙類回收對台灣七大造紙廠商實行評估並加以排序,藉由評比的過程,建構出紙類回收的績效評估系統。
In order to improve the human response to long-term damage of the natural environment and maintain the quality of future living environment, addressing green issues in the international community has become a hot topic of discussion. Recycling is the most popular and effective way to tackle these issues, a large proportion of which comprises paper recycling motivated by the desire to lessen the impact of the deforestation. This, undeniably is a key part of the green movement. In this paper, we use multiple criteria decision making in the network-level analysis to assess and implement paper recycling in seven Taiwanese paper companies, the aim being to construct a paper recycling performance evaluation system.
