The main purpose of this study was to explore the needs of the advertisement teachers toward the in-service training education in vocational school of Taiwan. To analyze and compare a variety of the different background variables in needs for training the methods. The need of curriculums, and the in-service training questions of the advertisement teachers. First, relevant literature on Needs for training the methods, Needs for curriculums. Then, the advertisement teachers were used as research population, from which 333teachers were sampled as research subjects, 235 copies of the 333 questionnaires issued were retrieved, among which 233 copies were valid. The retrieval ratio was 71%. After questionnaires were collected, statistics methods, such as descriptive analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, were used to analyze them. The results of this study were discussed afterwards. The conclusions of this are as follows: 1.The advertisement teachers in vocational school generally preferred “joining in-service education to receive degree” “joined programs during summer or winter vocation best”, “sabbatical leave” ” to a regular place.” as the most suitable methods for their in-service training needs. 2. On the professional teaching knowledge and the teaching techniques, it is existed the significant diversity for the different ages and grade and teaching years of the advertisement teachers. 3. The problems of the advertisement teachers in-service training on the needs for school administrate, it is existed the significant diversity for the different ages of the advertisement teachers. The problems of the advertisement teachers in-service training on the needs for curriculums, it is existed the significant diversity for the different age and teaching years of the advertisement teachers. The problems of the advertisement teachers in-service training on the needs for traffic and time, it is existed the significant diversity for the different public or private school and ages of the advertisement teachers.
