中文摘要
從過去文獻,企業體內是由數個不等的團隊組成,若是有良好的團隊氣氛並擁有共同願景,將可提升組織成員的協調合作。當團隊擁有良好的交換關係,能助於團隊行為之形成,創造超額利益。本研究主要探討團隊成員交換關係與工作敬業關聯性。
本研究透過問卷發放,施測對象以國際觀光飯店的團隊成員進行填答,有效問卷回收數共360份,所得資料以樣本資料描述、效度與信度分析、層級迴歸分析、獨立樣本t檢定分析與雙因子變異數分析等方式進行檢驗。
研究結果顯示團隊成員交換關係會正向影響工作敬業。本研究亦提供相關實務建議與未來研究。

英文摘要
Past studies, have indicated that companies consists of many teams. A good team atmosphere can enhance coordination and cooperation among the members. When a team member has a good exchange relationship with other team members, he/she can receive assistance and resources from others. Therefore, this study focuses on the relationship between the team-member exchange and work engagement.
This research conducted a questionnaire for team members from different enterprises. Valid questionnaires were 360. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS for factor analysis, hierarchical regression, t test, and analysis of variance.
The results showed that the team-member exchange positively influences on work engagement. Managerial suggestions and future studies are also provided.
