　　建置資訊系統架構的目的必需與企業組織的目標相互一致，才能增進企業的發展、提昇企業的優勢。本研究提出一個以企業組織內各管理層級（策略規劃、管理控制、作業層級）的管理活動為導向的資訊系統架構，利用層級式的樹狀結構來討論各管理層級所需處理之不同的資料，並結合資訊技術發展（電腦網路、分散式資料庫、主從架構等）做為電腦化的基本架構，友協助一般企業於規劃其資訊系統時的參考。
　　資訊系統架構應是為了達成企業整體的目標，配合企業組織的結構與企業內部各組織的管理活動及業務功能以及現有應用系統，結合現有資訊技術的發展，做為企業的一個長期性的規劃及決策支援。本研究提出一個「管理導向之分散資訊系統架構」，及建構方法：環境建立、資料分析、系統分析、安全控制機制分析及黑板架構分析。
　　本研究的主要目的有：
　　(1)支援管理人員所需決策分析資訊。
　　(2)將管理活動與資訊技術相結合。
　　(3)提供一個組織內各成員協調溝通的平臺。

　　The purpose of implementing the Information Systems Architecture(ISA) must be consistent with the goal of the enterprise in order to upgrade the business and make it surperior. This research of ISA which is oriented by the management actions within every administrative hierarchy of an enterprise is to make use of the "Tree structure of the hierarchy" and to discuss every management hierarchy which processes the different data and align the development of Information Techniques (Networking, Distributed DataBase, Client/Server, etc.) to be infrastructure of an enterprise.
　　The ISA should be coordinated with the administrative compositions including the management actives, operation functions and existing application systems , in order to pinpoint the goal and achieve it . This research has mentioned a "Management-Oriented Distributed Information System Architecture" and the method of implementation: Environment establish, Data analysis, System analysis, Security control mechanism and Blackboard architecture analysis.
The purposes of this research are as follows:
　　(1). To provide information of decision-making analysis information for supporting the need of management personnel.
　　(2). To integrate management activities with information techniques.
　　(3). To provide a coordinating and communicating platform for personnel within an organization.
