研發國際化隨著全球化的擴張與跨國企業的增加成為企業創新活動發展的重點。本研究透過學術論文之間的引證關係,使用多種主路徑分析方法找出了研發國際化學術研究上主要的兩大發展軌跡及四個研究子領域。並且透過解析主路徑上的文獻,了解研發國際化學術領域內研究主題的演變。本研究還運用了g-index找出研究領域中具有影響力的期刊與學者,並藉由論文的成長曲線預測,發現研發國際化學術論文發展現處於成熟階段。

With expansion of globalization and increment of transnational corporations(TNCs), R&D internationalization becomes a key point when TNCs execute innovation activities. Through analyzing the citations among academic articles, this paper uses different kinds of main path analysis to discover two major development trajectories and four recent active sub-areas of R&D internationalization. By analyzing the nodes on the main path, we could understand the evolution of research topic in this academic field. This paper has extracted the most influential journals and researchers through g-index. In the end, we concluded that R&D internationalization related researches have already reached the maturity stage according to the S-curve analysis.
