Construction Industry, for its huge economic relative effect
should affect Taiwan macroeconomics. However, because of some
corporations has too small scale to have complete industry
competitive analysis framework; on the other side , the relative
theory about the Construction Industry competitive analysis is
very rare, so this essay fist is dsire to discuss the
characteristics of this industry and construct the combination
of its conception framework. And on the secondary data and by
deep interview with the higher level managers , to fulfill this
research purpose. On the research conclusion portion has three
sub-portions:1.The external environment analysis framework:(1)
Macroeconomics environment:this part considers economics side,
social side, political side and law side. (2) The industry
construction environment:this part consider supply side,produce
side, competitors, marketing side and financial side.
2.Competitive status analysis: this portion discusss long- run,
midterm , and short-run the KSF(Key Success Factor)of the
industry. 3.Industry attractive framework analysis:this portion
discuss producer side, consumer side , index prediction and
experts opinions.
