本研究旨在探究花蓮縣立國民中學教師在面對學校行政事務工作要求時，其感受情形，包含感受事務的頻率、受事務影響的程度，及事務可接受的程度。前置研究訪談收集現況資料理出問卷問題項目；依據問題意識及所考文獻，探討學校行政與教學的雙重系統理論；以Likert量表理論發展問卷量表，做橫斷式抽樣調查。研究範圍及對象為縣內規模不同共六所國中未兼行政職的專任教師。統計分析發現研究結果：研究對象面對學校行政事務工作要求時，感受事務發生的頻率低、受事務影響的程度低，而事務可接受的程度也低。提出結論與建議：教師對學校行政事務工作要求接受度低，雙重系統理論也提醒學校經營者辦學應本於教育，應讓老師專注於教學、輔導工作。

This is a quantitative research study of how teachers of Hualien County junior high schools feel about requests from school administrative business. The research questions/problems are to get the degree of how frequent they feel about the business, the degree of how they are affected by the business, and the degree of how they accept the business. The research began with a pre-study to interview 3 teachers to get data for questions of the research questionnaire. School administration and the dual system theory were discussed according to the question sense and the literature review. The questionnaire scale was developed by Likert scale for a cross-sectional sample survey. The research subject and area were full-time teachers without school administrative positions from 6 schools of different scales of the county. With statistic analysis, the research result was found that the degrees were all low, with the subjects meeting school administrative business jobs, in the frequency, the affection level and the acceptance level. Here came the conclusion that the teachers were not so willing to take school administrative business jobs. It is suggested that make teachers focus on their teaching and spend their time on students while dual system theory also implies/indicates that school should be run for education.
