本研究旨在藉由探討工作生活平衡、工作倦怠以了解高科技產業研發人員的離職傾向,並以內/外控人格特質為中介,來探討各變項間的關係。本研究以設計半導體IC設計、筆記型電腦、平板電腦、智慧型手機、主機板、伺服器、網路通訊設備及電源供應器之研發人員為研究對象,利用問卷調查法,回收有效問卷210份,研究結果發現:
一、 工作生活平衡對離職傾向具有顯著之正向影響。
二、 工作生活平衡對工作倦怠具有顯著之正向影響。
三、 內/外控人格特質在工作生活平衡和工作倦怠間具有部份中介效果。
四、 內控人格特質在工作生活平衡和離職傾向間具有完全中介效果;反之外控人格特質無中介效果。
This study aimed to investigate work-life balance by, job burnout in order to understand the high-tech industry R & D personnel turnover intention, and with internal/external locus of control personality traits as an intermediary, to explore the relationships among variables. In this study, in order to design semiconductor IC design, notebook computers, tablet PCs, smart phones, motherboards, servers, networking equipment and power supply for the study of R & D personnel, the use of questionnaires, 210 valid questionnaires were study found that:
A work-life balance and turnover tend to have a significant positive effect.
Second, the work-life balance right job burnout has significant positive effect.
Third, internal / external control personality in work-life balance and job burnout room has partial mediating effect.
Fourth, internal locus of control in the work-life balance and turnover intention was fully mediated; outside the control of anti-personality unmediated effect.
