臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究利用問卷調查法，目的在瞭解新北市和臺北市國小高年級且主要為父母雙親照顧之學童，其參與家庭休閒活動之現況、決策方式與感受，有效樣本為500人。
研究發現，家庭休閒活動的親子「共同決定」比例最高，學童「自己決定」比例最低，且高比例會經過親子共同討論。共同參與最高的「聚會性活動」，決策方式平均數最低，共同參與最低的「娛樂性活動」，決策方式平均數最高。學童的家庭休閒滿意度高於平均值，休閒無聊感低於平均值。此外，休閒滿意度程度排序是「情緒紓解」、「生理健康」、「社交活動」、「環境品質」、「自我成長」。
家庭休閒活動的決策方式與休閒滿意度達顯著正相關，學童在家庭休閒活動的決策權力越高，其休閒滿意度越高。決策方式與休閒滿意度的「情緒紓解」、「社交活動」、「生理健康」及「自我成長」四構面皆呈顯著正相關。家庭休閒活動決策方式與休閒無聊感呈顯著負相關，學童在家庭休閒活動的決策權力越高，其休閒無聊感越低。若將決策方式分三組，則發現「父母決定組」的學童，其休閒滿意度顯著低於「共同決定組」及「自己決定組」。
最後根據本研究結果，對家長及未來研究者提出參考建議，並提供未來可進行研究的方向。

This study aimed to examine the arrangements, decisions and feelings of upper division elementary school students in regard to participation of family leisure activities. The research samples are 500 respondents lived in two-parent families and in the Taipei City or New Taipei City.
The results showed that the co-decision-making for the participation in family leisure activities as the highest and the children-decision is the least. Most of the decisions made by co-discuss. The highest proportion for co-decision-making is “association activities”, but the decisions average is the lowest. Relatively, lowest proportion for co-decision-making is “recreational activities”, but the decisions average is the highest. Children's family leisure satisfaction is higher than the average and leisure boredom below average. In addition, the degree of leisure satisfaction five parts from high to low were “emotional relief”, “physical health”, “social activity”, “environmental quality” and “self-growth”.
There was a significant positive correlation between the decision-making and the leisure satisfaction. When the children had more authority of the decision-making, their family leisure satisfaction will higher. There was a significant negative correlation between the decision-making and the leisure boredom. When the children had more authority of the decision-making, their family leisure boredom will lower. When we Divided decision-making into 3 groups, we found that the children in the leisure satisfaction of “parent-decision-group” is lower than of “co-decision-making-group” or “self-decision-making-group”.
Finally, based on the results of this study, this research provides some recommendations and research suggestions to parents and further research.
