臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究蒐集台灣地區戴奧辛自2007年之周界監測站監測資料，探討戴奧辛之長期趨勢變化與空間分布特徵，並且利用化學質量平衡(Chemical Mass Balance) 法之受體模式配合台灣地區戴奧辛污染源指紋進行貢獻源分析。本研究也彙整2009年台灣地區戴奧辛固定污染源資料，配合空污費資料更新2007年至2013年逐年之戴奧辛固定污染源排放量資料，此排放量資料亦配合煙道基本資料與氣象資料進行ISCST3擴散模式模擬，最後結合源模式、氣象條件與周界採樣數據加以探討更新之固定污染源資料，以分析各年份更新之戴奧辛固定污染源資料完整性。
研究結果顯示台中地區、嘉義地區與高雄地區之戴奧辛周界濃度為全國較高，歷年測站平均濃度約為0.025~0.087 pg I-TEQ/Nm3，西屯站、南投站、新營站與台南站濃度值於2009年後為逐年下降之趨勢，戴奧辛濃度空間分布經擴散因子校正前後有明顯差異。受體模式逐年變化分析結果顯示，北部區域至彰化地區燃煤源之戴奧辛貢獻較穩定，廢棄物焚化爐貢獻濃度隨濃度而變動，雲林地區至高雄則反之，顯示中部以北戴奧辛貢獻受廢棄物焚化爐影響較大，而雲嘉南與高屏地區受燃煤源影響較大，各監測站廢棄物焚化爐貢獻比例約為10%~50%，燃煤源貢獻比例約為10%~60%，非鐵金屬二次冶煉貢獻桃園以南至高屏地區出現約10%貢獻，火葬場、交通源等約為5%以下貢獻比例，小港地區出現燒結爐之貢獻。擴散模式結果顯示北部地區測站於冬季時易受東北邊煙道影響，夏季時易受桃園地區煙道影響，桃園以南至高雄，冬季則易受監測站北面污染源影響。完整性比較結果顯示，全台模擬作業與監測作業比值大多介於10%~50%之間。

This study use the collected PCDD/Fs concentration data from atmospheric monitoring stations in Taiwan to discuss the trend of PCDD/Fs concentration changes in long-term, spatial concentration distribution and also applied the CMB (Chemical Mass Balance) model with PCDD/Fs fingerprint in Taiwan to simulated the PCDD/Fs source. Moreover, in this study , the chimney PCDD/Fs emission data of 2009 in Taiwan have been complied. According to the air pollution fee information, the chimney fumes of PCDD/Fs emission data from 2007 to 2013 can be estimated based on 2009. These data were raw data in the ISCST3 model. ISCST3 is an air quality model which could simulate the diffuse of pollution in the air. Using the emission and meteorology data combined with chimney fumes information, the increased pollution value in the ambient air can be simulated by ISCST3 model. In sum, this study selected the same wind direction data during sampling time and the complete of PCDD/Fs form chimney fumes in Taiwan was discussed.
