(A creative personality scale for the Adjective Check List)進行評估創意人的創意程度。

The development of Economic has grown rapidly with the trend of globalization and had led to fierce competition. As a result, being “creative” has been on the wanted-list in the global market & a creative person has been the most valuable asset in companies. Nowadays, recruitment & cultivation of creative employees has been a leading trend. From marking, education, product design to company expansion, all employers want to have creative staff when it considers to the future of company. However, there is lack of evidence of a link between Big Five personality traits & creative, which leads to our main motivation of this dissertation.
The main purpose of this dissertation is as following: 1. The traits of creative person. 2. Three classification technology will be applied to build up the personalities of creative person from our data mining. We apply three technology analyses in this study, they are demonstrated as following: discriminant analysis, Logistic regression analysis & artificial neural network to exam the correlation between creative & Big Five personality traits. In addition, we will implement the A creative personality scale for the Adjective Check List to estimate the level of creative of talented person.
The range of the sampling in this study is applying the Convenience Sampling from High/Low creative college students & current employee. In this study, we received 541 questionnaires in total, which 425 samples are effective while 166 are invalid.
In this study, we found out that highly creative person allocates to the Openness and Neuroticism from the Big Five personality traits classification. On the other hand, the level of normal creative is shared by Openness and Agreeableness.
