AHP is an analytical tool, especially appropriate for analyzing decision problems with qualitative, quantitative features, or both. Its core function is providing us to proceed the ranking and selection for the better alternative choice. In order to do so, we could use AHP to make pair comparisons between the pairs to establish the judgement matrix. But practically, we find the impropriety of scale judgement for this method. Satty noted that there exist quite indifferences between the scale judgement system and the real judgement system in human brains. Several revised scale judgement systems were proposed in the later years. The reviews of corrective scale systems will be introduced in chapter 2. In chapter 3, We’ll present my individual view of point about these methods , and develop two new scale judgement methods for solving qualitative and quantitative decision problems separately. We draw the concepts of logarithm function and product into the new qualitative scale judgement method. As for the new quantitative scale judgement method, We’ll modify the transfer function on the basis of exponential function. Examples will show how to apply our new scale judgement methods in chapter 4. Also, we will tell that the restriction of scaling questionnaires in sampling survey. Our new scale judgement method will overcome this kind of difficulty. There are conclusions in the last chapter.
