本研究旨在探討台灣的財產保險市場上,每年汽車保險費的收入佔整個財產
保險公司保險費收入極高的比例,彰顯出顧客之留存意願對保險公司的經營狀況愈來愈重要,要如何有效掌握既有續保業務,從既有客戶群找出忠誠度較高的客戶群,以及從汽車保險售後理賠服務滿意度,繼續維護既有客戶數並打開通路來源,利用最小的行銷成本,達到最大成本利益。
因此,本研究從汽車保險續保來探討銷售通路對汽車保險續保率與滿意度關
聯性研究,由被保險汽車之通路來源、汽車車種、承保區域;被保險人之年齡、性別、婚姻狀況及保單種類等,對自然人所有之車輛來探討續保行為之關係。最後提出相關結論與建議事項,以供後續研究或相關政策規劃之參考。


Annual income from car-insurance item occupied a high percentage of the entire fortune-insurance yearly incomes in Taiwan. Such a tendency indicates that keeping customer is important for insurance comany. To reach such a goal, how to maintain the renewal business, to find the higher-loyalty customers, to evaluate the satification of insurance claims as well as maintaining the existing customers and opening new customer sources, are the critical factors to reach the minimum cost and achieve the maximum befefits. In light of above investigation, the thesis explores the association between renewal rates and satisfaction, from sale-channel sources, vehicles, coverd area, insured person's age, sex, marital status and types of insurance policies, etc. to examine the relationship between the renewal behavior and coumstors. Finally, a few of conclusions and recommendations are proposed for future works and relevant policies for references.
