近年來，雲端運算蓬勃發展與無線網路普及化，加上智慧行動裝置有上網、觀看影片、聽音樂、玩遊戲、社交等多元化功能，智慧型手機、平板電腦等銷售數字快速成長，幾乎人手一機，APP應用程式更是如雨後春筍般出現。
在台灣，消費者日常購物的銷售金額每年有數千億的營業額，在超市或量販店彼此激烈競爭下，低價促銷已經是常態。但如何滿足消費者多樣化的需求，尤其在提供促銷資訊和會員紅利積點查詢方面，藉此貼近客戶以增加利潤。所以結合雲端運算、LBS、NFC、QR Code等創新科技，提供一個APP應用服務，以滿足消費者對於日常購物流程改善的需求，對流通業者增進客戶關係而言，將有莫大助益。
在本研究中，規劃及建置的一個可以在行動裝置執行的APP應用服務程式，以滿足消費者在日常購物流程中的需求，對連鎖流通業者而言，可增加顧客服務與提高忠誠度。它可以儲存購物清單、蒐集特賣商品和特價期間資訊、瀏覽電子DM、線上食譜、會員紅利點數查詢，並可以提供離使用者附近分店的行車路線導航。我們預期，本研究之日常購物APP應用服務，可以改善消費者的日常購物流程和體驗以及有效的時間管理。

In recent years, the booming of cloud computing and popularity of wireless networks, mobile devices have functions that provide videos, music, online games, chat, social sharing, among others. Smartphones and tablet devices have fast-growing sales and increasing every year. As most recent data, it is averaged that almost each person has one of such devices. As recurrence, the number of APP applications has increased dramatically.
For daily consume and use market worth of hundred billions of dollars per year, the price competition and dispute among supermarkets or hypermarkets is established since a long time. They approach customers by bringing benefits, as how to increase customer loyalty, to meet the diversified needs of consumers, special care promotion and bonus points information. With the integration of innovative technologies like as cloud computing, LBS, NFC and QR Code, there is expected the development of a tool that may meet the needs of consumers for the daily shopping process, enhancing the relationships and experiences of customers with chain markets.
In this thesis, we propose the development of an APP application for mobile devices that meet the needs of consumers for the daily shopping process, as also to enhance their relationship and loyalty with chain markets. It may store items to purchase information, to collect promotional information and duration, eDMs readily available, online recipes, membership loyalty points query, and integration to navigation system, that may provide a customer driving directions to nearest branch store of a chain market. We expect that, with this research on the design and implementation a daily shopping APP application service, consumer’s daily shopping process and experience may have increased improvement and efficient time management.
