本研究旨在探討運用「TED」服務價值觀主題講座介入國小學童服務學習課程實施後提升服務態度的研究。本研究服務學習課程設計分兩部分，一為服務價值內涵的認知課程，二為服務實作規劃課程，由研究者挑選符合服務價值觀「尊重」、「同理」、「參與」、「關懷」、「合作」、「互惠」、「勇敢」的TED演講影片介入服務學習課程，服務學習課程採四階段模式「準備」、「服務」、「反思」、「慶賀」，以苗栗市一所公立國小二個班級48名學生為研究對象，其中一班為實驗組，另一班為對照組。實驗組學生接受為期九週，每週80分鐘共計720分鐘加上3小時到社區機構做服務學習的實驗課程處理，對照組則未接受實驗課程處理。本研究以「服務學習量表」作為量化評量的工具，在實驗課程實施前、後分別做前、後測，所得資料以描述統計分析和共變數分析進行統計處理，以瞭解本研究課程介入的效果。
本研究發現TED服務價值觀主題講座介入實施服務學習課程後對國小學童的自我概念、人際關係、社會關懷、正向價值觀等皆有顯著提升的效果。最後，根據研究結果做建議，TED講座是教學者優良的教材資料庫，TED講座值得運用在其他的研究學習領域；服務學習課程有TED演講平台介入成效顯著，建議服務學習課程也可以配合其他的認知學習方式，彌補唯經驗模式的不足；也建議服務學習採半結構式的活動設計以學生為主體，多採分組方式進行；同時建議教育行政單位以目前推行的學校服務工作中，落實服務學習的觀念，成立服務學習志工團，社區服務機構及學校間組成聯絡網，帶領有意願做「服務」的學生確實達到「學習」的效果。

The present study is investigating the promotion of service attitude by TED lectures about the topic of service values to the elementary school students. The service-learning course was divided into two parts. One of them is service value connotation awareness courses, and the other is community agencies service-learning courses. Researcher picked several TED lecture videos which conformed service values, respect, similarly, participation, solicitude, corporation, reciprocal and audacity involved in service-learning courses. To forty eight students, two classes which in an elementary school of Miaoli city as the object of study. One of them as experimental group, and the other as control group. The students in experimental group received experimental courses for a total of 720 minutes, and extra three hours for community agencies service. The control group didn’t receive the same courses. This study took service-learning scale as quantified assessment tool. Before and after the courses executed, both classes were asked to take pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and ANCOVA statistical processing, in order to understand the effect of the intervention.
This study discovered that after the TED lecture videos involved the service-learning courses, the elementary school students’ ability of self-concept, interpersonal relationships, social care, and positive values all emerged remarkable growth. Finally, as the result, this study suggested the courses design focus on reflection and evaluation. Semi-structured and student-centered activities designed. Execute by grouping ways. Also suggest Educational administrative units to implement the concept of service-learning in the currently implementing service work, establish service-learning volunteer groups, and liaison network between community service organization and schools. Led the students who are willing to do the service really achieve the effect of learning.
