The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between using the Internet and deviant behavior among high school students. The specific aims include:1) to depict the phe of the use of the Internet among students; 2) to descuike the distribution of deviant behaviors among students; 3) to explore whether the ways of using the internet are associated with the occurrence of deviant behaviors . In order to reach the above goals, this research borrowed techniques from the literary analytic method and the questionnaire survey method. The questionnaire survey method applied a behavioral survey table tailored to understand the internet-using and behavior among junior and senior high school students in I-lan. A sample population of some 1,000 students was selected yielding a volume of 866 usable questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using the statistics of frequency distribution, Chi-square test and t-test. The research revealed that , The students` net age by "three years above, has not reached for four years" to be most, the majority student accesses the net every day has not reached for a hour, most often accesses the net is "in the family", student's main network goal is relaxes, rests, most often uses the website type for the entertainment website, has the student which participation on-line game to reach as high as sixth percent. The different sex student majority of has in the network use situation reveals the difference. The senior high school students and the junior high school students in the network use situation are different. Student's language violence, the body violence have not amounted to four tenths, student's threat violence, the injury, the destruction or captures the belongings not to amount to a tenth. The student has attracts the tobacco experience approximately two tenths, but the tobacco experience forming a habit approximately five tenths, the student pulled out the tobacco custom is smaller than by a week or is equal to a package are most. 6% students have had the sexual intercourse behavior. Male student's violence behavior and the sex act compare the female student much, the junior high school students has the violence behavior to compare senior high school students much, the senior high school students has the sex act proportion to compare the junior high school students to be high. The different network situation partially are different in the violence behavior. The different net hours and the different net place have the different tobacco behaviors, the net goal, the website type and the on-line games have different tobacco behavior. The network situation all partially has at the sex act reveals the difference.
