Nonprofit organization plays an important role in economic
development of Taiwan. Because of speed development of nonprofit
organization, government can''t monitor the behavior of nonprofit
organization very well. No matter the policy of government or
the behavior of nonprofit get some shortcomings, especailly the
financing institute of nonprofit. Because all the environment
isn''t perfect, some nonprofit organizations become the tools of
tax-avoidance or become the real profit-making enterprise. under
the neo-classical economic methodology, the scholars use the
market faliure theory, government faliure theory, club-goods
theory, and altruism theory to explain why nonprofit
organizations establish and tell about how to get resourse. They
discuss the economic efficiency and try to distribute all
resourse to three sector. If they use economic tools to
analysis, they think that all the goods and service are the
homo-things. Under the methodology, they can''t get a system
result. Under the political socialogy methodology, the scholars
focus on the political and social levels to talk about why
nonprofit organization establish. They use this methodology to
subsidy the shortings of neo-classical economic methodology.
Finally, using the political socialogy method to analysis that
private higher educations are the nonprofit organizations.
