極端氣候提醒著我們要適時的維護這個適合人類居住的環境。現有資料顯示人類是一切污染物的源頭，而植物是大自然給予我們最好的過濾器。城市是人類生活最密集的地方，也是最大的汙染物製造中心，因此人們對於城市的綠化更為迫切需要。
在我們周圍高度發展的城市中，城市綠化做得最為成功的就是新加坡；在非常有限的土地滿足所有人的居住外，還可以賦予相當的綠地，甚為各大高密度都市的一個良好典範。雖然我們看見的新加坡已經有非常高的綠化量，但是他們依舊不斷地更新其綠化的可能性，並給予相關產業各種資源以提升綠化的機會。透過在地實習十個月的機會，觀察到新加坡政府在實施過程中扮演著重要的角色，我們可以無可諱言地說綠色政策推動下的政令對新加坡建築設計是有絕對的影響。
本論文將分別通過新加坡的政策分析與個案研究，探討新加坡的政策與建築設計上的關係。在政策方面以新加坡都市重建局的都市計劃及開發控制守則、建設局的綠建築指標及國家公園委員會的卓越景觀評估框架；在個案研究方面，以WOHA在新加坡的幾個經典案例NetwonSuite、SOTA、Parkroyal、Skyville和Oasia進行分析，並比照新加坡相關法令，以提供台灣在做建築綠化或者是城市綠化時有一個參考的樣本，讓綠城市的制訂更加完善。

Extreme weather reminded us to protect our living environment. A lot of literature shows that human beings are the source of all pollutants, and plant is the best filter from our nature. Cities is a high density for human to live, but also the pollutants produce center. Therefore , greenery cities is what we can do for reduce the pollution and restore the quality of our living environment.
In the highly developed cities around us, the most successful urban greening is in Singapore. Singapore has a very limited land to meets the needs of all, but it still can give considerable green space for upgrade the humans living quality. Singapore give a good example for high-density cities. Although we have seen a very high amount of greening in Singapore, they are constantly updating their greening possibilities and giving the relevant industries a variety of resources to enhance greening opportunities. After a ten-month internship, the Government of Singapore was observed to play an important role in the implementation process, and it is undeniable that the green policy-driven decree has an absolute effect on Singapores architectural design.
In this paper, the relevant of Singapores policy and architectural design will be explored through the Singapores policy analysis and case study of WOHA Architectures. Singapores urban redevelopment authority, Green Mark of Building Construction Authority and the Green Plot Ratio of the National Parks Boards are discussed in this paper. In order to provide a reference sample for building greening or urban greening in Taiwan, in this paper will focus on analyzes the typical cases of WOHA Architects in Singapore, such as Newton Suite, School Of The Art (SOTA), Parkroyal on Pickering, Skyville at Dawson and Oasia, and compares them with the greenery policy of Singapore.
