以一般建築物的生命週期而言,使用年限通常達六十年以上,但是在設備機能方面往往
十年左右就面臨更新的課題。本研究擬以與多數人有密切關係的公共集會型建築為對象,一
方面從建築設備系統內容深入建築更新所面臨之課題,另一方面也探討由設備系統所衍生之
其他建築體系之課題,包括設計機能、結構系統、防災性能、音響性能等。同時也對其他建
築體系在更新時所衍生之設備問題,提出建議與探討支援。在研究內容與工作項目上,首先
將對既有建築物的現有設備內容,如空調設備、給排水設備、電氣設備等必要項目進行調查
,整理並釐清個別設備與建築整體之問題所在,針對問題進行個別分析與整體評估。延續上
述之分析評估結果,對現況問題之對策進行探討並提出可行之建議方案。同時將以實際之案
例操作,從設備課題檢討著手到整體建築體系,進行多次反覆回饋檢討與解決方案分析,最
後提出既有公共集會型建築更新再利用時之改善對策,並建立更新的原則與方案。
The life cycle of a building is beyond sixty years, but the functions of building equipment
always worsen during about ten years, and then we have to face the problem of renewal. This study is
a composite research, and we will take the existing auditorium to be study object. At the first, we will
concentrate in the problems of equipment that happened in the existing auditorium. On the other hand,
we will also study the problems in the whole building systems due to the renewal of equipment. The
problems of building systems include design function, structure system, acoustic system etc.. At the
same time, we will also study the solution from the view point of equipment, and help the renewal of
other building systems. The first year, we will investigate the circumstances of equipment system in
existing building. The investigation topics include air condition, water supply and drainage,
electricity etc.. Then we will put these problems in order, and concentrate in the important point to
analyze independently and value in general. Furthermore, we will also study the contemporary new
development of building equipment, and link them to our study. The second year, according to the
conclusion of the first year''s analysis, we will continue to study the solution of these circumstance
problems, and try to conclude some rules. At the last, we will practice some real projects, from
independent equipment topic to composite building system, and feed back to the solution and analysis.
Using this looping practice, we will propose a promotion counter plan and build the rules that could
be followed for the renewal of existing auditorium.
