論文提要內容: 雙連坡斷層位於桃園台地上,為平鎮背斜北緣,
此斷層穿過楊梅河階面、大崙河階面,進入中壢河階面。由於此一斷層位
於中央大學附近,引起本研究小組極大興趣,本研究採用淺層反射震測的
方式針對斷層及附近的構造進行調查。 在偵測雙連坡斷層方面,本研
究選擇7條長測線橫跨預測之雙連坡斷層之位置,所得之反射震測剖面影
像十分清晰,有些地方縱使在600公尺深也很明顯,另人驚訝的是,在這
些測線中,並沒有發現斷層的痕跡,經過預測位置即迅速向上抬昇,但地
層並未錯動,其側向變化連續且均勻。 在本研究中,對於斷層牽涉到
的構造亦作較大範圍的調查,探討引起斷層作用的可能背景構造運動。本
研究北從中油觀音一號井,向南經過平鎮背斜,大約每隔1000公尺就安排
一短測線,利用這些密集資料點與井資料相比對,追蹤地層延伸的狀況。
在這些測線比對中,可以清楚看到淺部地層從觀音海邊往南逐漸下降,但
到達平鎮台地北側及轉為向南抬昇,經過預測之雙連坡斷層位置,更突然
急速向南昇起,造成平鎮背斜。 本研究所獲得的結果如下:1. 店子
湖層在此地完整並未見到有破裂的情形。2. 雙連坡斷層應不是活動斷層
,其附近地層僅受扭曲,而無斷裂。3. 由於觀音外海存在有一高區,造
成地層北高南低,但向南過了雙連坡斷 層界線,地層卻迅速向南抬升
,造成平鎮背斜。4. 平鎮背斜軸較前人所認為的稍往南移,就在高速公
路附近,即平鎮台地 上中間偏南之位置。5. 整個平鎮背斜構造向東延
伸進入中壢市區。
ABSTRACT Shuang-Lien-Po fault is located on the Tao-Yuan
Terrace, just along the northern border of the Ping-Chen
anticline. Since the fault transverses several terrace surfaces
including the Yang-Mei surface, the Ta-Lun surface, and the
Chung-Li surface, it is considered quite young. The purpose of
this study is to detect the Shuang-Lien-Po fault and the
structures in its vicinity using the shallow seismic reflection
method. The results are also directed to understand the tectonic
movement which could cause the generation of this structure.
Seven long-range seismic lines are taken to cover the fault
traces. The obtained seismic profiles come out remarkably good,
which have identifiable seismic images even down to the depth of
600 meter. It is surprising to find that all structural layers
are very smooth, not exist a single track of structural offset.
The layers are bent to turn upward, but not broken, at the
suspected places of Shuang-Lien-Po fault. These seismic profiles
definitely deny the existence of this fault. In addition to the
fault detection, we also used eleven short-range seismic lines
arranged from the coast to the southern border of Ping-Chen
anticline to investigate the background tectonic reasoning which
creates the structure near the fault. After carefully reserving
the characteristics of each layer reflector, we are able to
correlate different layers on different seismic profiles and
obtain a gross picture of structural variation along a north-
south profile. Due to the blockage of Kuan-Yin Basement High
outside the northern coast, the layers are uplifted in the north
and decline gently toward the south. However, after passing the
Shuang-Lien-Po fault, the layers start to incline up and form
the Ping-Chen anticline. The place where the Shuang-Lien-Po
fault is situated is actually not a fault, but a depression
looked like a syncline. This study suggests to modify the name
of Shuang-Lien-Po fault to Shuang-Lien-Po syncline. (Keywords:
