現代人由於生活緊張且壓力較大,對於壓力的舒解成為大眾重視
的課題,其中森林療癒則是目前熱門的紓壓方式之一,人們藉由親近森林,體會森林的幽靜,以此紓解長期累積的壓力。

為了瞭解台灣森林環境中芬多精成分與負離子含量,本研究選定
林務局管轄之8處森林遊樂區,進行園區內芬多精及負離子監測調查,另於都會區選定2地點作為對照組。測定項目包括各場所之芬多精組成成分和正、負離子濃度,並以正、負離子濃度計算空氣離子評價係數(CI),並將不同季節的結果互相比對。

研究結果顯示,季節、植物的密度高低以及海拔高度與負離子含
量並沒有顯著關係,而與監測的場所是否具有瀑布、溪流等水文條件以及短時間大量的降雨有關,顯示出水量越豐沛則所測得的負離子數量越高。而芬多精的部分,不同季節所測得之結果,其主成分種類變化不大,各季節的芬多精組成分相似,含量比例則互有增減。另外,位於不同地區的同樣樹種,由於樹齡、採集時間等因素影響,其主成分與比例也會有所不同。本次研究結果除了提供林業主管機關作為推展森林療癒活動場域之資料外,亦可作為民眾從事遊憩時之參考。
Nowadays, because of the stress and pressure is more than the past,
so how to relieve the stress has become an important of public concern. Forest therapeutic is one of the popular methods to reduce the pressure of life. People approach the forest and experience the peaceful of the forest to solve the long-time cumulative pressure.

In order to understand the composition of phytoncides and negative
ions in Taiwan's forest recreation areas, we selected representative 8 forest recreation areas, which were operated by Forestry Bureau of Taiwan to monitor and investigate the phytoncides and negative ions. In addition, two locations in the city were also selected as the control groups. The measurement items include the phytoncides components, the positive, and negative ions values and the air ion evaluation coefficient index(CI) using the positive and negative ion values, and the results of different seasons are compared with each other.


The results indicated that the seasons, plant density, and altitude
were not significantly related to the negative ion content, but whether the monitored sites have hydrological conditions such as waterfalls, streams, and a large amount of rainfall in a short time. This results showed that the high humidity, the more amount of negative ions will be measured. As regard to phytoncides, which did not show a significant different of main component to different analyzed time. The phytoncides composition in each season was similar, and the content ratio will increases or decreases. In addition, if the same species in different collection area, their composition of phytoncides will different.

The results could not only provide forestry agency for popularize
forest therapeutic, but also as the reference for people to plan to recreation.
