Intelligent house ,which is applied with intelligent system, planned to integrate all kinds of systems into an interface to control all output signals from these all systems, such as electricity system, low-voltage system, water supply system, dewatering system, refuge and disaster prevention system, and emergency system. This integration would not only offer comfortable indoor environment but also lead into the technology and concept of energy conservation which efficiently lower density of electricity consuming. In this way, we can conserve daily energy of house more actively. The main purpose of this thesis is first to discuss the issues related to the energy conservation of smart house, including lighting, air conditioning, and intelligent household appliances. Second, the advantages, the disadvantages and expediency between wired (ex: full twowires control system, power line signals carrier, and etc.) and wireless control (ex: RFID, ZIGBEE, and etc.) which is common used among nowadays market are also discuss to further make the concern about how to design and set up horizontal and vertical pipes. The discussion of house energy conservation emphasizes most in the analysis of energy consumption, which gives first place to the electricity consumption. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to discuss how to lower the electricity consumption by applying intelligent systems for house. The house types nowadays are varied, in Taiwan, nuclear family is for the most part. Besides, because of the metropolis lifestyle and the traffic problems between living and working places, these nuclear families almost choose the condominiums as their main house type to maintain higher economic benefits and to expand the utility of land. The higher the operation efficiency of building facilities and management efficiency means the lower operation energy consumption and the fewer expanses. In other words, the cost for the lifetime of the building is relatively advantageous. This thesis would take the condominiums and unit house as the research targets. Through the case integration survey and reference study, this thesis tries to draw up the assessment index for energy conservation of smart house. And this assessment index would be qualified with the weight analysis outcome from the AHP analysis of experts’ questionnaires. At the same time, this assessment index is anticipated to offer the reference for design about the systems of building facilities and for the following research about related issues.
