臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來，BIM的應用已經漸漸成為國際上的趨勢，然而在台灣BIM的應用還處於起步的階段，許多的業者對於BIM抱著觀望的態度。惟目前台灣對於BIM的研究及案例並不多，因此也不瞭解建築前期規畫導入BIM的影響為何? 故本研究從相關專家學者之觀點，針對建設業者、物業管理業者進行深度訪談，藉由訪談分析，探討建設業者、物業管理業者導入BIM的成本效益及可行性，供作相關業者經營策略擬定之參考。
實證結果發現，物業管理階段要應用BIM和前期建設業者是否導入有著密不可分的關係，然而目前對於建設業者而言，建築前期規畫導入BIM是利大於弊，因此未來也很有機會應用到物業管理階段，整體對於建設業者及物業管理業者而言導入BIM是可行的，另研究發現政府也必須有相關的政策發展，才有利於未來BIM的推動。

In recent years, application of BIM has gradually become an international trend, but it is still in the initial stage in Taiwan. People in architectural industry just wait and see the results. There are not much researches and cases about BIM in Taiwan currently. Also people do not understand the impact of pre-construction planning by using BIM. Therefore, the study analyzes the interviews with construction companies and property management companies by the experts' viewpoints. This research also discusses the cost-effectiveness and feasibility for construction companies and property management companies by using BIM and provides the information for relevant industry to draft business strategies.
The empirical results show that it will affect the property management whether the construction company import BIM or not. Now, it has advantages for the construction industry who use BIM. In the future, it may have great opportunity to adopt that in property management. Overall, application of BIM in construction industry and property management industry is feasible. The study also indicates that it will be helpful to apply BIM in construction and property management, if government promotes relative policies.
