臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

私立高中職面對少子化，學校經營者管理產生危機，在少子化下的衝擊該如何因應。本章內容主要分四部份，第一節敘述研究背景和動機，第二節研究目的，第三節為研究範圍和限制，第四節為研究步驟和流程。本個案採用質性研究的方法執行，研究架構，由文獻探討、個案的研究、財務收支、分析探討比較進來研擬私立高職衝擊策略與變化，找出原因和建議該如何面對及解決之道。

Birth rate in Taiwan has plummeted recently, resulting in thephenomenon of the trend of fewer children. The trend of fewer childrenhas directly impact the environment of the enrollment at schools.Competition in the market of admission has become inevitable for private Vocational School. Under the pressure of low birth rate, it is especially
important for private Vocational School in Taiwan to figure out effectivestrategies to enroll students.

The structureof the research is the analysis about the overall environment (trend of lowbirth rate; the enrollment situation of private Vocational School), through theprocess of literature analysis, case studies,financial income and expenditure, and cost Tanalysis to understand various enrollment policies, strategies of competition and the differentiation among different schools with this toprovide the corresponding recommendations.
