臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

在國際化、高度競爭的環境下，企業為了增加利潤、擴大市場佔有率以及提高競爭力、績效能力，與合適之供應廠商建立夥伴關係，可以降低成本、獲得品質穩定的產品、增加利潤等，故選擇合適之供應商儼然已成為企業重要課題之一。為了尋求供應商整體運作成功，在選擇供應商時應強調與供應商建立長期的、穩定的合作夥伴關係，其目的是降低交易成本以及在供應鏈成員之間具備有效的溝通協調與分享信息；在此種情況下，選擇一個能夠實現信息共享、風險共擔的合作夥伴就成了企業核心之課題。本研究主要針對其他金屬製品製造業選擇最適合供應商之問題進行探討，利用分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)計算出評選準則之權重，並運用階層式灰關聯(Hierarchy Grey Relational Analysis)進行運算，找出最合適之供應商；結合兩種方法，可提供廠商作供應商評選之決策模型，從中找出供應商排序與合適之供應商。

Enterprises try to establish suitable supplier partnerships in a global and highly competitive environment. Enterprises expand market share, improve competitiveness and performance ability in order to increase profits. By making these changes could not only reduce costs and increase profits, it’ll also produce products with stable quality. Therefore, making the right choices of suppliers has become significant. When selecting suppliers, enterprises should emphasize the importance of establishing a long-term partnership with stability, in order to run the company successfully. The aim is to reduce transaction costs, and having effective communication by sharing information between members within the supply chain. In this case, choosing partners that are risk-taking and will sharing willingly becomes significant for the enterprise. This study focuses on choosing the most suitable suppliers for Unclassified Other Fabricated Metal Products Manufacturing by using Analytic Network Process (ANP) to identify the weight of selection criteria. Also, use Hierarchy Grey Relational Analysis for calculation. The enterprises could find the most suitable suppliers by combining the two methods and create a decision-making model.
