射頻辨識系統是近年來非常熱門的技術，越來越多的應用方式被發展出來，具有非接觸性、耐環境、可同時讀取多個電子標籤等特性，其電子標籤號碼具有唯一性、可讀寫與儲存資料等優點，逐漸被應用於各種倉儲管理、追蹤定位與管制等方面。
本研究藉由RFID、嵌入式系統（Embedded System）、網際網路、Apache伺服器與MySQL資料庫等，建立的人員進出管理系統。將RFID讀取器與攝影機結合嵌入式系統，運用RFID讀取識別證，觸發攝影機拍攝圖像。接著嵌入式系統會將卡號、進出時間、圖像等資訊，透過網路傳送至遠端的伺服端，同時以圖形化介面顯示在遠端管理系統的頁面上，網際網路的使用者能在管理系統查詢以前所有的進出紀錄與圖像。本系統所設計的網頁程式、MySQL資料庫都屬於自由軟體，使系統在開發上降低成本。

RFID technology becomes popular, and more applications are developed in recent years. RFID technology has inherent characteristics such as non-contact, environment robustness and multi-read ability. The RFID tag has the advantages of uniqueness, read/write abilities and data storage. Thus, it has been gradually used in many kinds of goods management, positioning, and surveillance.
This research proposes an automatic system for personnel incoming and outgoing management with RFID, embedded system, Internet, Apache server, and MySQL database technologies. The proposed system combines embedded system with RFID reader and webcam to achieve card identification, capture images, and then send the information including card number, time/date, and pictures to the website of remote server. The remote server displays all information with graphic interface. The Internet users can query all the records and pictures in present and past time with proposed system. The proposed system designs all the system programs with free software, and thus the development cost can be reduced significantly.
