在近代的許多文獻資料中顯示磷酸酯,亞磷酸酯,兒茶酚的化學特性, 可以增加基礎油的潤滑性,所以本研究希望能結合磷酸酯,亞磷酸酯與兒 茶酚三者的優點以開發出新型態的潤滑油添加劑-兒茶酚磷酸酯衍生物, 亞兒茶酚亞磷酸酯衍生物.預期兒茶酚磷酸酯衍生物,亞兒茶酚亞磷酸酯 衍生物可以在機械表面形成不導電的潤滑膜以有效降低摩擦係數及油溫, 本研究將藉由氣動式多功能磨潤試驗機對所有合成的兒茶酚亞磷酸酯衍生 物5,兒茶酚磷酸酯衍生物8,作一個初步的潤滑油添加劑的特性評估. 氣動式多功能磨耗試驗機評估兒茶酚磷酸酯衍生物與兒茶酚亞磷酸酯衍生 物的潤滑油添加劑特性的結果顯示出,兒茶酚磷酸酯眼生物與兒茶酚亞磷 酸酯衍生物可以在上,下磨耗事件間形成不導電的潤滑膜,具有降低摩擦 係數以提升潤滑性及降低油溫以提升潤滑油的穩定性等良好的添加劑特性 ,同時也發現兒茶酚亞磷酸酯衍生物及兒茶酚磷酸酯衍生物的側鏈基結構 與濃度會影響不導電潤滑膜的生成厚度.因此兒茶酚亞磷酸酯衍生物及兒 茶酚磷酸酯衍生物具有良好的潤滑油添加劑特性. The addition of phosphate,phosp hite andcatechol can increase th e lubricity ofbase oil .Therefor e this research is tosynthesize alkyl o-phenylene phosphite(5)an d dialkyl o-hydroxylphenyl phosp hate (8)as new lubricant additiv es.The base oils consisted of al kyl o-phenylene phosphite (5) or dialkyl o-hydroxyphenyl phospha te(8) were tested by the vanes-o n-disk machine which was simulat ed the piston ring andcylinder l iner in the friction contact.The increase of eletical resistance due to the addition of alkyl o- phenylenephosphite and dialkyl o -hydroxypheyl phosphate was obse rved.The result showedthat both of alkyl o-phenylene phosphitean d dialkyl o-hydroxyphenyl phosph ateformed insulated lubricat fil ms on the rubbing surfaces .In a ddition ,the wearcoefficients an d oil temperature of thewear tes t decrease with the increase ofe lectical resistance .The result from the analysis of energy disp ersive X-rayspectroscopy show t hat the insulated lubricant film s was a mix of anti-extreme-pres sure films and polycatechyl macr omolecules. The stericstructure of the side chain of alkyl o-phe nylene phosphite and dialkyl o-h ydroxyphenyl phosphate increased with the increase of electrical resistance .The 2.5% addition o f alkylo-phenylene phosphite and dialkyl o-hydroxyphenyl phospha te in base oil had the best perf ormace on the lubrication.Conseq uentily,alkyl o-phenylene phosph ite and dialkyl o-hydroxyphenyl phosphate were good lubricant ad ditives.
