創新是21世紀重要的議題,創新管理已成為企業達到永續發展的必經歷程,在追求經濟發展與競爭力兼顧的使命下,企業應更重視其本身的創新管理活動,藉由有效的創新管理活動,達到企業永續經營的目標。本研究探討國內高科技廠商推行創新程度,以及創新管理執行程度對競爭力的影響,並考慮「產業別與企業規模」之中介變數,經由理論與文獻探討,發展影響關係的理論模式,同時對台灣高科技廠商進行實證分析。研究結果發現創新管理執行程度對競爭力有顯著影響,此外創新管理執行程度對於競爭力 (分為技術創新與差異化) 兩個構面有實質重大影響,「技術創新程度愈強,則競爭力愈好」的研究假設將獲得統計上顯著驗證。另外「產業別」與「企業規模」二項中介變數,本研究驗證產業別與企業規模對於創新管理程度與競爭力有顯著影響。
Innovation is an important topic in the 21st century. Innovation management has become a compulsory path to the sustained growth of enterprises. In the pursuit of economic development and competitiveness improvement, enterprises should be more focused on their own innovation management activities in order to reach the goal of sustained enterprise operations by the means of effective innovation management activities. In this research, we studied the degree of innovation implementation among domestic high-tech manufacturers and the impact of innovation management implementation on competitiveness. We considered the mediating variables of “industry type” and “enterprise scale”, developed a theoretical model of impact relationship, and conducted the empirical analysis of Taiwan’s high-tech manufacturers. We have found from research results that the degree of innovation management implementation has significant impact on competitiveness. In addition, the degree of innovation management implementation has essential impact on the two dimensions of competitiveness including technological innovation and differentiation. The hypothesis proposed in this research that the higher the degree of technological innovation, the greater the competitiveness, has been proven to be statistically significant. Moreover, the two mediating variables of “industry type” and “enterprise scale” have been examined to have significant impact on the degree of innovation management and competitiveness.
