在本論文中，我們將介紹無限定性的數字表示法(NNR)，並將之與奚爾加
密法 (Hill cipher)合併，而提出一個NNR保密系統。這個系統將一個整
數轉換成一個整數向量，而由於無限定性數字表示法有一對多對映的性質
，一個明文經加密得到的密文不會是唯一，也因此更保證其安全。

In this paper,we introduce the concept of nondeterministic
number representation(NNR) and combine it with Hill cipher to
propose an NNR cryptosystem.This system performs a
transformation on an in- teger to get a vector of integers.By
taking advantage of NNR's one-to-one mapping property,most of
ciphertexts with respect to some plaintexts are not unique,thus,
the security is ensured.
