臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

教育部於近幾年實施「獎勵大學教學卓越計畫」，在競爭機制的激勵下，有好幾所大學陸續開始建立「電子化生涯歷程檔案」系統，但是依青輔會「就業力試辦計畫成果評量報告」，於試辦計畫期間曾建置 / 更新生涯歷程檔案的學生僅占試辦學生總數的51.53%；而會主動更新生涯歷程檔案內容的學生更只占試辦學生總數的31.48%。產品生命週期管理在全球化的趨勢與網路資訊科技發達的背景下，已成為接續客戶關係管理、供應鏈管理的全新經營策略。在國外，產品生命週期管理產品已廣泛應用於汽車、飛機、電子等製造業，明顯地降低了產品的研發週期和後期設計更改的工作量。
本研究首先收集生涯歷程檔案的相關文獻，以及國內大專院校生涯歷程檔案平台規劃、建置與實施情形，並列出目前各學校在規劃與施行生涯歷程檔案面臨的問題點。接著以產品生命週期管理的特性及模組探討將其應用於生涯歷程檔案的可行性，並且以產品生命週期管理觀點提出解決生涯歷程檔案施行問題點的方法。最後規劃以產品生命週期管理方法應用於生涯歷程檔案平台項目與運作機制的系統架構以及配套措施。
本研究得到五點結論：（1）提出以PLM 特性與模組應用於生涯歷程檔案平台與運作機制的建置；（2）以PLM 解決生涯歷程檔案平台施行的問題點，除既有模組以外，需搭配工作流程管理方法執行制定的程序；（3）以PLM 應用於生涯歷程檔案平台運作，搭配職涯進路地圖與學習進路地圖可以增加學生的使用率；（4）PLM 中的相符性與內聚性觀念並不能應用於生涯歷程檔案平台；（5）提出以產品生命週期管理導入生涯歷程檔案的推動模型。

With the influence and encouragement of the policy of Ministry of Education "Teaching Excellence Project", several universities demonstrated the excellence of their teaching by establishing "E-Portfolio" system.
E-portfolios, which document and facilitate learning and performance, have recently attracted much interest in the USA, UK, and Europe as means to increase employability and support lifelong learning. However, there have still been many problems and obstacles of implementing
E-portfolios in universities in Taiwan.

Therefore, the study used literature review to discuss career portfolio and PLM. The purpose of the study is to apply the characters and modules of PLM to design the career portfolio platform.

The five conclusions of this study are as follow:
（1）This research has designed the platform of career portfolio and its operating mechanism by applying the characters and the modules of PLM.
（2）This research also added the work flow management to concretize the connection and the usages of PLM and career portfolio.
（3）The research also suggested facilitating undergraduates to use career portfolios by applying the concepts of career pathway mapping and curriculum mapping to design the platform.
（4）The characters of PLM “Correspondence and Cohesion” cannot be applied to design the platform of Career portfolio.
（5）A model to promote career portfolio using PLM.
