臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

營建業本身是一個比較傳統的行業，但是目前營建產業內大小公司林立，各家廠商皆在有限的市場規模下，彼此競爭激烈以求生存。行政院為提升產業運用電子商務技術之能力，由政府部門率先在網路上提供採購資訊及建置相關採購機制，以降低產業營運成本。因此，本研究提出一套以電子化企業整合模型為基礎之系統，來提昇營建業在採購管理之效率。
本研究藉由整合電子化企業與採購管理等領域之理論與實務經驗，提出一個可應用於營建業的採購管理系統，其系統架構的核心是以現有的企業資源規劃系統及供應鏈管理之作業流程為基礎。本研究的目的是要讓傳統營建工程的採購作業流程，成為一個透明化與開放式的交易環境，使管理者較容易掌握及執行營建採購管理之活動。
本研究的結果確實能夠緊密地整合現有的企業資源規劃系統及供應鏈管理，以強化採購管理。根據實驗分析得知，本研究所提出的系統架構，在提升供應鏈間廠商之作業效率與降低採購成本等，皆能產生實質的效益，進而協助企業提昇競爭優勢。

The construction industry is a relatively traditional line of work. However, with small-scale and large-scale enterprises established one after another in the construction industry, enterprises have to compete fiercely for survival under limited market scale. In order to enhance the industrial competence in using e-business technology, the Executive Yuan has ordered the provision of online purchase information and purchase mechanisms by government departments in order to reduce business costs. Therefore, a system of comprehensive e-business model is proposed in this thesis research to promote the construction industry’s purchase management efficiency.
By integrating e-business and purchase management in theory and in practice, a purchase management system application for the construction industry is proposed. The system framework core is based on the existing enterprise resource planning system and the operating procedures in supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to transform traditional construction purchase operating procedures into a transparent and open-type of transacting environment so that managers will more likely be able to monitor and execute construction purchase management activities.
The study findings show that the existing enterprise resource planning system and supply chain management can be closely integrated in order to strengthen purchase management. The experimental analysis results show that the system framework proposed in this research can effectively produce solid benefits in improving the operation efficiency of supply chain companies and reducing purchase costs, which in turn can promote the competitive edge of these companies.
