本文旨在利用智慧型之模糊控制器應用在泵控液壓馬達系統上之轉速控制。由於液壓傳動系統具非線性時變,參數受外界干擾嚴重,一般傳統控制器性能不佳。本文提出基本模糊控制,並利用不同學習法則來修正模糊規則及參數的自組織模糊控制、模糊適應性學習控制網路及適應性模糊滑動控制。利用個人電腦控制架構,進行不同轉速、不同慣性負載、不同干擾控制等實驗來探討各類模糊控制器之控制效果與適應性能力。

This thesis implements the intelligent fuzzy controllers to the speed control of a pump-controlled hydraulic motor system. Since hydraulic transmission system is nonlinear and time-variant system, system parameters strongly depend on external disturbance. The classical controllers may not obtain the desired performance. This thesis will propose the basic fuzzy control, self-organizing fuzzy control, fuzzy adaptive learning control network and adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control to implement in the pump-controlled motor system. Except the basic fuzzy control, the rest control algorithms have various learning techniques to modify the fuzzy rules. These control structures are applied on a personal computer to study their control performance and adaptability via experiments of different rotation speeds, inertia loads and external disturbances.
