電腦整合製造系統中,自動倉儲為一重 要單元,在工廠自動倉儲能有效地進行 物料管理及節省空間。 本文將探討圖 控式自動倉儲的設計與製造,其設計方 式係在圖形監控器內設計監控點,使每 一監控點監控PLC內部的某一位址資料 ,當PLC運作時,內部資料產生變化, 亦 使得圖形監控器觸控螢幕產,生圖形的 變化,因而可達成監控的目的。在無人 搬運車(簡稱AGV)位置控制方式, 係以 PLC之位置控制模組, 將數位訊號轉為 類比訊號驅動步進馬達,而達成位置控 制目標。 然而,一般在搬運過程中常會考慮到穩 定性,此種穩定性係取決於振動的大小 ,根據速度的不同因此有不同的移動路 徑,其相對於不同的路徑所造成之振動 影響亦有所差異,其造成之主因可分為 四種原因,分別為旋轉,扭矩,彎矩及水 平加速度。 本文針對上述由Raileigh 運算法來做探討,並利用一套影像處理 設備,以每秒掃描60張影像來做參考點 位移分析,並分析其結果。
Automatic warehouse is an im- portant elevent in the computer integrated manufacture system. In the factor, automatic warehouse can manage goods efficiently. In this article would research the design and manufacture of auto- matic warehouse with graphic supervisory system. The method of of design is to set the super- visory points in the graphic supervisory controller and the supervisory points supervise the data of address of PLC. During operating process of PLC, the data is changed and caused the graphic changed on the touching screen of graphic controller in the same time. This can reach the supervisory purpose. In the position control of automatic guided vehicle, is using the position control modul of PLC to tranfer the digital single to analog single and driving the stepping motor to reach the con- trol of position. Generally, the stablizition of automatic guided vehicle will be considered during good-moving process. The stablizition is detenined by the amplitude of vibration. For each cell of auto- matic warehouse system, there is corespondlly a unique path, and the vibration is different for each. Rotation, torque, bending and acceleration are major cause , This article used the Raileigh method to analysis and an image process equipment is applied to scan sixty images per second that forculizes the moving of refer- ence point and discussing the re- sult.
