摘 要
本研究旨在探討大學女生飲食習慣、生活習慣、心理、健康狀況以及其他影響因素對皮膚性質之影響，研究對象經立意選樣，選取台北市私立中國文化大學之大學女生共計326名，採用問卷調查法，並以「基本資料調查表」、「飲食習慣量表」、「生活習慣量表」、「心理量表」、「健康狀況量表」、「其他影響因素」、「皮膚檢測結果」為研究工具進行施測，所得資料再以統計套裝軟體（Statistical Package for the Social Science, SPSS）中文8.0版，以一般敘述性統計、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後檢定統計方法進行資料分析，以瞭解大學女生皮膚之現況、影響其皮膚含水量及含油量之因素。
研究所得資料經統計方法進行分析後，得到下列結果：
1.頰部含水量影響因素為是否常吃水果及當曝曬在陽光下時是否有做防曬措施。
2.T字部位含水量影響因素為每天平均的睡眠時間。
3.頰部含油量影響因素為是否常吃甜食、堅果類食物，以及濕度。
4.T字部位含油量影響因素為是否常吃油炸物、吃青菜，以及是否常抽煙。
根據上述研究結果，本研究提出具體可行之建議，提供給大學女生、學校、美容相關業者以及未來研究者，以作為改善皮膚、開設課程、開發新產品及更深入研究之參考。

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this research is to study the influence of diet habits, health condition, life habits, psychology, environment and genetic on the moisture and sebum content on the skin for female college students. The research adopts the questionnaire methods, focusing on the female college students of Chinese Culture University as sample population. Via the purposeful sampling, we have selected 326 students from our target group. The measures taken to proceed the survey are listed as follows：the personal background information, measure of eating habits, measure of life habits, measure of psychology, measure of health and concerning to the skin, measment of other factors and the results of skin test. The data are analysed by percentage, frequency distribution, mean & standard deviation, reliability analysis, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method. These methods referred above are derived from the statistic software, Statistical Package for the Social Science（SPSS） for Window statistic software. By analyzing the data, we could fully understand the current skin status of the female college students and factors affecting the moisture and sebum content on the skin. Based on this study，we find the following results：
1. The factors which influence the moisture content on the cheek are the frequency of eating fruits and making sun protection in the sunshine.
2. The factors which influence the moisture content on the T-zone area is the average sleeping time per day.
3. The factors which influence on the sebum content on the cheek are the frequency of eating dessert, nuts and the environmental humidity.
4. The factors which influence the sebum content on the T-zone area are the frequency of eating fried food and vegetable and smoking.
From the above results we could propose practical suggestions for the female college students and the skin care business as references to improve the quality of skin.
