臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

台灣在關於人口社會遷移的研究，皆以都市或者區域間之移動探討為主，往往忽略都市內部考量生活水準所產生的短距離遷移關係。本研究預期未來都市之人口遷移現象會因為交通便利大幅提升之因素，而使遷移型態逐漸轉變為以都市內部鄰近地區之短程移動為主，其遷移目標則以提升其居住生活效用為前提考量。在高雄市原本離市中心較偏遠的地區，由於捷運通車之後交通機能有所改變，對於原居住於該地區的居民因通勤、就業、就學、購物等等亦變的較以往方便，產生了人口遷移的拉力而可以吸引人口往該地區遷移；因此，人口的分布在高雄捷運通車後勢必會帶來一定的變化，而各行政區的人口、商業行為等也會與原先之現況帶來相對之衝擊變化。本研究將以Wheaton(1976)由競租理論推導出的效用最大理論去探討，其變數因子有家戶居住費用支出、家戶交通費用支出、家戶賦稅費用支出、家戶其他消費性財貨費用支出等四項，再藉由SPSS軟體輔助對進行回歸分析，將高雄市自民國92年至民國96年之家庭收支報告作一分析，進而探討出人口遷移選擇地區與家戶生活效用水準之相互關係。

Researches about population migration in Taiwan in the past are mainly focused on the movement among the cities or the areas. The short distance migration concerning living standard in the city is often ignored. This research predicts that the future population migration will gradually depend on the transportation, and the pattern of migration will transform into short distance migration in the city neighborhood. And living standard improvement will be the goal. Because of the operation of MRT system, for those residents who live in the remote areas of Kaohsiung, the transportation to work, study, shop become more convenient than usual. Therefore, it attracts more people to move to areas where are closer to the MRT; and re-distributes the population of Kaohsiung. Such as population distribution and economic behavior will be also impacted compared to the current status. This research using maximum benefit theory which is derived form the rental competition theory of Wheaton(1976) to study the income and expense reports of Kaohsiung residents between 2003 to 2007 by considering the variables such as, general expense, transportation expense, tax expense, and other living consuming expenses , to do regression analysis by using SRSS software, and to further understand the relationship between the choices of population migration and living standard of general families.
