在現今這多元化的社會裡，往往遇到的問題不是一招半式就可以解決的，相對的在牙科這領域中，隨著時間越待越久，看到的問題也就越多，層面也就越廣。從蛀牙、根管治療到咬合塌陷，全口重建…越來越多元化的治療是必然的趨勢。
本論文提出九例牙周補綴病例報告，病患為中度至重度的牙周病患者，其中就常遇到的包括牙齒位移、咬合創傷、根冠比不佳等…問題給予不同的治療。依患者個別全身性身體狀況、口腔衛生維持能力、殘存牙齒狀況、經濟能力、時間配合度、患者意願等考量因素，除了牙周基本治療外，在依照跨科性的治療原則下，提供手術性與非手術性的治療，人工植牙治療，並在成人常見到的牙齒排列問題，加入矯正治療以獲得咬合及空間的改善，贗復方面利用包括雙重套冠可撤式義齒、析量固定式牙冠牙橋、鈎靠式可撤局部義齒等設計予以全口重建。配合現在日益普及的3D斷層技術，讓術前的治療計畫和術後的追蹤能更加完善，在縝密的治療計畫中，提供患者最佳的選擇，以達到美觀及功能的恢復，進而在定期的回診追蹤下，使贗復物能確保長期成功率。

In this morden social with the diversity, the problems are usually not come to us alone, and we can not solve all the problems by using only one method. We deed to collect all suggestions to find the best way to go. In the same words, in the field of Dentistry. When the time we contact the field longer, the problems we can observed were more. From caries and endodontic treatment to biting collapse, enen to the full mouth reconstruction.It is a definite way to serve the treatment with diversity.
In this thesis it mentioned about the situation which usually happen to periodontitis patient. Like tooth migration, occlusal trauma, poor crown-root ratio...else. According to interdisciplinary treatment concepts. Different treatment was given, which combine surgical or non-surgical periodontic treatment to regain the healthy gum, implant treatment to solve the problem of missing tooth, orthodontic treatment to correct the tooth arrangement and the prosthodontics treatment to do full mouth reconstruction. As the technique of 3D CBCT become more mature. It helps the treatment plan more complete before therapy, the follow-up more clear after the treatment. Not only improve the function and esthetics of the fixed or removalbe prosthesis. But also increase the success rate of longterm follow-up.
