摘　要
本研究的主要目的在於探討教育服務役男對工作環境知覺與工作投入之關係。為達成研究目的，首先對教育服務役男的現況分析、並對工作環境知覺與工作投入之理論基礎及其相關研究進行探討；其次，以南部地區服務之教育服務役男為對象，進行問卷調查以蒐集本研究實證部分的資料，以釐清教育服務役男對工作環境知覺與工作投入之現況、差異情形及相互間的關係與預測力情形，經過資料分析後，獲得以下結果：
一、教育服務役男在工作環境知覺及工作投入的感受程度屬於中下程
度。
二、教育服務役男在工作環境知覺程度有顯著差異的假設大部份獲得
支持。
三、教育服務役男在工作投入程度有顯著差異的假設僅部份獲得支持。
四、教育服務役男在工作環境知覺與工作投入呈正向顯著相關。
五、教育服務役男在工作環境知覺整體及各層面與工作投入整體，除「工作要求」層面外餘均具有一定的解釋力。
本研究依據研究結果，歸納研究結論，並提出建議，以供教育服務役男、教育主管單位、學校及未來研究之參考。

Summary
The main purpose is to explore the perception of Work Environment and job involvement for the alternative service enlisted men of education. To attain to the research purpose, the beginning, we analyze the current situation of alternative service enlisted men of education, still discuss some basic theory about the perception of Work Environment and job involvement, and conduct some relative researching exploration.
Secondly, regard alternative service enlisted men of education in the southern Taiwan as the subjects , and carry on questionnaire. In this way we can connect part os the data from the research examples in order to distinguish the following situations about the alternative service enlisted men of education, the perception of Work Environment and the job involvement, the difference and relation between the two, the predictability as well. After analyze the data, the results are as follows:
1, man, battle of teaching service, consciousness and whom work put into affected by degree the poor degree in working environment.
2, the assumption of obvious difference among alternative service enlisted men of education to the job involvement simply gains most support
3, the perception of Work Environment and job involvement for the alternative service enlisted men of education gains merely support.
4, man, battle of teaching service, consciousness and work is it present in the hope of being improved to show relevant to put into in working environment.
5, the perception of work environment, the alternative service enlisted men of education work on every level and all the job, and it has the best explanation of prediction except the job request level.

This research sums up the conclusion of study according to the researching result and brings up the suggestion which can provide reference of study in the future to the alternative service enlisted men of education, educational units and academic schools.
