由於全球化世界已經來臨以及科技迅速的發展，我們已無法僅與一地的供應商來合作，取而代之的是全球各地供應商配合著其產業上、下游之交流，如此便形成產業所特有的供應商和供應鏈。如何在全球眾多供應商中來挑選出適合企業本身的零組件以及可以配合的長期夥伴，所以本研究以工作上實際操作之經驗，配合著先前學者所提出的研究報告來加以分析並篩選出較符合現行企業中所可以實行的供應商評選標準，接著再利用其他從事採購且較有經驗或擔任採購超過10年經驗的業者專家，再次擷取最主要的供應商評選準則，然後再以層級分析法 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) 進行產業間對於供應商選擇指標之權重評估，而最後將評選之各項條件予以權重化，能使採購人員清楚且簡單地篩選出最佳的供應商。

With the global and rapid development of technology, we cannot only cooperate with suppliers in one single market, but also cooperate with world wide suppliers in all materials and become a supplier chain of a certain industry. How can we select the best and suitable suppliers of material to an industry? This study is based on my working experience and other people's studies to analyze and get those supplier selecting standards. Furthermore, we interview some other experts who are also purchasing people with more experience and working over 10 years. And then we use these major principles and evaluate suppliers based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP with weighted point. At last, put each criteria for weighted number so that purchasing people may clearly and simply select the best suppliers among the industry.
