臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

區塊鏈與物聯網被視為是下一個世代的Internet，未來影響層面從人文、經濟、社會、教育、醫療或產業，都將出現重大變化。本研究旨在探索區塊鏈結合物聯網在醫療旅遊應用外，更會導入物聯網結合區塊鏈於醫療旅遊活動之相關議題。本研究採個案研究方法對一家日本公司及其聯盟公司進行探討，主要目的在於探討個案企業之相關技術「OCHANOMA」平台成效、區塊鏈結合物聯網應用於商業實務之可能性與區塊鏈結合物聯網在醫療旅遊應用等。本研究發現個案Ｓ公司近幾年在結合區塊鏈與物聯網相關技術之「OCHANOMA」平台已有所成效，另外，個案中亦成功區塊鏈結合物聯網於醫療旅遊應用之可行性。未來研究將可探討區塊鏈、物聯網運用於其他產業之研究及探討醫療旅遊業成功關鍵因素為何等。

Blockchain and IoT (internet of things) are considered as the next-generation internet. They are said to affect and cause enormous change in culture, economy, society, education, medicine and industry field. This research not only study the application of blockchain and IoT in medical tourism, but also the related subjects arising with the activity. This is a case study of a Japanese company and the correlated companies. This research aimed to study the result of the platform, OCHNOMA, owned by the case company, and as well as the feasibility of combining blockchain and IoT for business using. Moreover, the application of blockchain-IoT combination in medical tourism was also included. The study shows that case company S has successfully demonstrated the practicability of blockchain-IoT combination in medical tourism via the OCHANOMA platform in recent years. For further discussion, the application of blockchain and IoT in other industries, and the key factor of blockchain-IoT’s success in medical tourism are subjects that worth looking into.
