臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來政府部門社會福利預算大幅刪減、銀行利率下降，及經濟不景氣造成企業和民眾捐款無法提昇等因素，使非營利組織陷入財務日漸緊縮，卻仍需面對社會服務需求日增的壓力。因此，非營利組織應如何經營，使組織增能並提升存續力，發展自給自足與延續社會服務的條件與能力，迫切解決財務不足的課題。因此，本研究以非營利組織為個案，探討以下議題：
一、瞭解個案的發展現況。
二、瞭解個案在財源短缺後的因應之道。
三、探討個案從非營利組織轉型社會企業發展途徑的可行性。
本研究方法採個案研究法，探討個案轉型社會企業之可能性；並以立意取樣法選取訪談對象，配合專家效度之訪談大綱再進行主題分析法，以資料來源方式建立訪談信度。
研究過程發現從非營利組織轉型社會企業發展之途徑，所需要的專業人力與原本個案組織不盡相同，並常面臨社會使命與經濟利益之間的拉拒，同時在非營利組織的基本財源多為政府補助及社會大眾的捐款，並不適合社會企業的開辦資金；在個案轉型社會企業發展前，需要面臨專業人力、財務運作、經營管理的困境。
結論中針對個案轉型社會企業發展之途徑，提供建議：(一)需要決策層領導者的魄力與專業的理監事；(二)必須重視組織學習及人才培育實現社會目的；(三)健全經費籌集與財務體制；(四)招募網路資訊管理人才；(五)運用群眾募集平台。
未來最好能納入個案的志工分析、探討捐贈者看法的差異。後續研究者可增加受訪者，以提高資料準確度，以增加多元的觀點，俾供有關當局參考。

In recent years, the government cut a large number social welfare budgets, and bank interest rates decline, the economic downturn led to donations of businesses and the public can not be increased and so the factors, this factors mand non-profit organizations into increasingly tight financial, but still have to face the demands of social services increasing pressure. Therefore, how to run a non-profit organization should allow itself to increase capacity and enhance the viability and the abilityto develop self-sufficiency and continuity of social service, in order to solve the problem of inadequate financial,it is a looming problem. Therefore,in this study,a case of non-profit organizations to explore the following issues:
1. Understand the current development of the case.
2.Understand the case coping methods after a lack of financial resources.
3.Explore the feasibility of the transition from non-profit organizations to social enterprise.
The methods of this case study way to explore the possibility of transfer into a social enterprises; and purposive sampling method to choose accessed objects, interviews with experts outline validity then thematic analysis, use sources with way to build up credibility.
The study found that the way from non-profit organizations transition into social enterprise, which professional and original case what is different, what is more, often faced with a social mission and pull between economic interests.Meanwhile most basic financial resources of non-profits organization are government grants and community donate, Cause not suitable for for social enterprises start-up capital; Thus,in the case before the transformation into social enterprise needs and difficulties faced by professionals in financial operations and management of.
In conclusions,the case transformation into a way of social enterprises, providing advic:
(1)Decision maker need leaders have the resolution and professionalism of the management and supervisors;
(2)Must pay attention to organizational learning and personnel training to practice social purposes;
(3)Complete funding and financial system ;
(4)Information management talent recruitment network.
(5)Using mass recruitment platform.
In the future, volunteering analysis and discussion differences donors opinion can best be integrated into a case. Subsequent researchers could increase the respondents to add multiple viewsprovide the relevant authorities reference.
