臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著智慧型行動裝置普及，行動服務越來越受重視，結合科技提供及時服務滿足多元的需求，是我們的目標。本文重點是提出新的服務模式，以行動裝置軟體(APP)結合衛星定位GPS服務及巨量資訊BIG DATA運算了解讀者需求，在讀者需要的時間和地點上提供他需要的項目，讓圖書館可以更簡單的提升服務品質，具體做法是讀者下載APP，讀者接近圖書館一定距離內就會接到網路傳送的設計簡訊，簡訊內容經BIG DATA處理，是讀者喜愛類型的最新、最多人借閱等書籍。
情境是讀者在圖書館附近，接到需要的訊息，如果再加上免費咖啡或神秘小禮等助力，可以增強讀者進館動機;本論文進一步的技術轉移，應可應用在連鎖書店等行業的經營，翻轉現代化行銷服務模式，降低營運成本。

With the popularity and attention of smart mobile devices, we apply the technology to provide timely services in order to meet diverse needs. The emphasis of this paper is to propose a new service mode. This special mode combines APP with GPS satellite positioning services and BIG DATA operation to know the needs of readers. Choosing the time and place, the library can enhance the service quality to readers more simply.The specific approach is that the readers just only have to download the APP, and then they will receive the designed messages from BIG DATA when they are in a certain distance of the library. After processing through BIG DATA, it will tell the readers which types of books are the latest and the most popular.
If it coupled with the free Coffee or little gifts, it will enhance readers’ motivation. The further technology transfer of this paper can be used in chain store’s business. It will turn over the modern marketing service modes, and reduce operating costs.
