The foreign direct investment of enterprise is a borderless
business activities,to assure its success, the enterprise are
required to work out appropriate management strategies as
required by the business environment in each country , and the
support by the government is necessary as well. The study will
look into the managemant strategies of foreign direct
investment conducted by Japanese enterprise and the related
policies of the Japanese government, with an aim to learn from
their success experiences.It is hoped that the study will be
useful for the Taiwanese(Taiwan R.O.C) enterprise as well as
the government in their planning of the concered strategy and
policy. Foreign direct investment of Japanese enterprise
extended to every corner of the world, therefore, this study
will target on US and ASEAN countries as the scope of study .In
order to assure the accuracy and reliability,the study will
summarize and analyze some research reports compiled by the
Japanese government as well as the private research
organization.
