臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要目的在探討公共圖書館的讀者焦慮來源，以及讀者焦慮與讀者屬性、圖書館使用、不同區域及不同層級的圖書館等變項與讀者焦慮程度之關係。研究對象為我國公共圖書館的讀者。研究透過初步的訪談後再參考其他研究者的問卷，設計出我國公共圖書館讀者焦慮及圖書館使用問卷，共有52題關於讀者焦慮相關問題，以及讀者的屬性，包括性別、年齡、職業、圖書館的使用、不同區域及層級的圖書館讀者焦慮情形等作為研究之觀察變項。總計回收756份有效問卷。本研究結果發現：
一、我國公共圖書館的焦慮因素主要為圖書館的資源障礙、圖書館的設備障礙、圖書館的科技障礙。
二、公共圖書館讀者的年齡、職業與讀者焦慮有顯著差異
三、讀者使用圖書館頻率與讀者焦慮有顯著差異。
四、讀者使用圖書館目的與讀者焦慮有顯著差異。
五、不同區域的公共圖書館讀者與「情感表達障礙」及「圖書館的設備障礙」有達到顯著差異。
六、不同層級的公共圖書館讀者與「圖書館的認知障礙」有達到顯著差異。

The purpose of this study is to examine the cause of library anxiety with public library users, and the relationship between library anxiety and personal background, library using, different area and level of libraries. Subjects were public library users in different counties in Taiwan. It is divided into four areas of northern, central, southern and eastern in Taiwanese libraries, and then took sample survey from 25 public libraries in these four areas. By interviewing and referring to other questionnaires, the questionnaire of library anxiety and library using were designed. 52 questions related to library anxiety questions and reader’s age, occupations were included in the questionnaire. Moreover, different areas and levels of the library using situations were also used as the observed variables. There were 756 valid questionnaires totally.
The results showed that：
1. The main factors of the library anxiety in the public library are the barrier of resource, facility and technology.
2. The library anxiety had significantly difference between public library users’ age and career.
3. There is a significant different between the frequency of library using and library anxiety.
4. The library anxiety had significant difference in the purpose of library using.
5. Different arrears of public library users had significant related to barrier of facility and affective barrier.
6. Different level of library users had significant related to barrier of knowledge.
