炭疽病(anthracnose) 是危害芒果最嚴重的病害之一,而且炭疽病菌
(Collectotrichum gloeosporioides) 危害過程又有潛伏感染(Latent
infection)的現象,致使炭疽病成了不易防治的病害。本試驗利用金煌及
愛文兩芒果品種不同果實發育時期接種炭疽病病菌,於接種後2 、7 、14
天,芒果果實會產生約0.2-0.4mm 的壞疽斑點,再由壞疽斑點分離炭疽病
菌分離比率愛文芒果為9.0%,而金煌為5.5%,且由顯微鏡(100×) 鏡檢發
現果實表面1mm2中密布有炭疽病菌之吸著器,故幼果期、中果期及綠熟期
的芒果果實上,可能是由過敏性反應所造成的壞疽斑點;而離體(detache
d)葉片和不離體(attached)葉片在孢子濃度為105 spores/m1 時,在葉齡
        3cm 葉片上單位面積所產生之病斑數,愛文離體葉片為14.2/cm2,不離體
葉片為10.4/2,彼此間有顯著差異;金煌芒果離體葉片為10.2/2,不離體
葉為7.2/cm2,亦有顯著差異;同時在104spores/m1的孢子濃度下,葉齡
       3cm 的不離體葉片上,單位面積所產生的病斑數金煌為2.8/cm2,愛文為
6.3/cm2,顯示金煌為較抗病的品種;在不同果實發育時期接種炭疽病菌
        後,於採收催熟後所產生單位面積病斑數,開花期為7.5/cm2,幼果期為
  7.2/cm2 為最高,在壞疽病斑擴大情形,開花期為0.98cm2,幼果期為0.
56cm2,以開花期最高,因此顯示開花期及幼果期為主要侵入時期,尤以
開花期為最嚴重;若以每毫升含有一萬個分生孢子濃度的接種源,接種葉
  片所產生的病斑數目與盛花期、與花後2 週接種105spores/m1之分生孢子
    濃度後單位面積所產生的病斑數做一相關分析,相關係數為0.97∼0.99呈
現極顯著的相關性,進一步求其迴歸發現無論是離體或不離體葉片與果實
之間呈直線關係,R2分別為0.99及0.94,故可利用葉片接種炭疽病菌後之
反應,作為芒果品種間抗感病的指標。

One of the severe disease of mango is anthracnose,it is difficult
to control because of it`s latent infection.In this trial,both
of Kinghwan and Irwin mango would produce about0.2∼0.4mm necroti
spot on fruit surface,2,7,14 days after inoculated by
C.gloeosporioides.and the re-isolated ratio of C.gloeosporioides
from the necrotic spot,3 days after inoculation on different stag
of fruit development, Irwin and Kinghwan were 9.0﹪ and 5.0﹪,
respectively, but we still
could find many appressria on the surface in 1mm2 under microscop
with 100x.it shows that the necrotic spot produced on the fruit
surface,which during the young(2 weeks after flowering),middle
(50 days after flowering)and green mature (90 days after flowerin
stags,might be the result of hypersensitive respones.In leaves,wh
inoculated with 105 spores/m1,the leaves age about 3cm length,the
result of respones to C.gloeosporioides would produce 14.2/cm2
lesions on Irwin datached leaves and 10.4/cm2 lesions on attached
leaves,and it shows significant difference between them,in Kinghw
mango also had the same difference,which lesion No.of detached
leaves was 10.2/cm2 and attached leavaes was 7.2/cm2.In the leave
of same size,but inoculated 104 spores/m1 C.gloeosporioides,the
leson No.of Irwin was 6.3/cm2, Kinghwan was 2.8/cm2, shows that
Kinghwan was more resistant than
Irwin mango in anthracnose.Inoculated different growth stage of
fruits,after postharvest and ripen,it was found that flowering
and young fruit stage were the best infection time,which lesion
No.was 7.5/cm2 on flowering and 7.2/cm2 on yong fruit,and dimesio
of necrosis was 0.98cm on flowering,0.56cm2 on young fruit stage.
The result showed singnificant correlation between mango leaves
and fruit on the reaction to anthracnose,where value was between
0.97∼0.99, in the meanwhile the R2 value of liner function
between mango leaves and fruit were 0.99 and 0.94, and it seems
that the leaves of mango may be use like
index to detect the resistant to anthracnose on mango breeding.
