 本研究探討透過企業社會責任知覺的中介效果,綠色智慧資本對利環境行為的影響。本研究採用問卷調查方式,包含綠色智慧資本、企業社會責任知覺及利環境行為三個構面。我們試圖透過台灣高科技產業的員工了解綠色智慧資本、企業社會責任知覺及利環境行之間的影響。本研究以台灣高科技產業的員工為研究對象,共蒐集了413位員工之樣本資料進行分析。研究結果顯示:企業擁有越多的綠色智慧資本對員工的利環境行為具有正向影響;透過企業社會責任知覺的中介效果,綠色智慧資本對利環境行為具有正向影響。
 This study investigated the relationships between green intellectual capital and pro-environmental behavior. Green intellectual capital influenced pro-environmental behavior through the mediating effect of perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR). This study adopts the questionnaire, which contains three dimensions, including green intellectual capital, perceived CSR and pro-environmental behavior to be measuring instrument. We attempt to understand the relationship between companies green intellectual capital, employees’ perceived CSR and pro-environmental behavior through the employees of high-tech companies in Taiwan. This study focused on employees of high-tech companies in Taiwan. We were collected 413 valid questionnaires. The results indicated that the more three types of green intellectual capital were, the stronger pro-environmental behavior were. Moreover, green intellectual capital was significantly related to pro-environmental behavior through the mediating effect of perceived corporate social responsibility.
